I started this project with 3 two inch squares cut from scraps of mount board and a precious 2 inch square piece of stampbord.
I used lemon yellow ink direct ti the mount board and to the stampbord. |
I stamped the linen square stamp on to two of the card squares and on to the stampbord. |
On the stampbord I added some daffodil ink to the edges. I added Mountain Ash leaf images with Spirng Green pigment ink.
To complete the card I used a 6 ich square card base in yellow. I sprayed a 14cm square of stamping card with Citrus Orange ink in a Bottle. On a another scrap of card I sprayed lots of Citrus Green ink and moved it around with the linen stamp. Whilst the ink was wet I spooned on clear embossing powder for texture. This was cut to 2 x 6cmsquares to create the smaller mats

The final touches were a sentiment and a charming butterfly.
I hope that has inspired you to dig out your Oak House Studio stash and get an entry into the challenge.
Thank you for all your entries, and thank you all the kind words about my Oak House Studio goodies, it makes the hard work really worth while.

I had more to show but the light was bad, so I photographed them this morning. I had thought the challenge wouldn't be closing until midnight tonight. Did it close on the 27th instead? Thanks.
I like the way you've done the squares...
No the Challenge has not stopped. it runs til midnight tonight, this is a post to encourage some last minute entries.
