Elaine's project using the new leaf and tree stamps
Elaine here with one of my samples for the next HOCHANDA TV Show which is on Friday December 4th at 3pm and 6pm. I've used both of the new stamp sets LYNNDA'S LEAVES and the WINTER TREES.
I went for a more botanical approach and stamped the Beech Tree and both sizes of the Beech Leaves with the Triple Vintage Brown ink pad on Cream Stamping Card. The background is a mix of Peter's Pear and Peacock Green Pure Colour sprayed onto watercolour paper. I've roughed up the edges of all the sections to make it look more vintage and finished with Autumn from the leaves set and the figs.
The two greens go so well together to create a vibrant background and with the three shades of brown in the Triple Ink pad it's easy to create that ombre look. Hope you like and don't forget to tune in to Hochanda - 4th Dec at 3pm and 6pm - to see lots of demos from Lynnda.
