My Year at Oak House Studio by Elaine Kettle

Elaine here with a few of my favourite projects for 2014.

Lynnda asked me to choose one but to be honest I can't just pick one - the stamps lend themselves to lots of different styles so here are a few:

I started the year doing  Wedding Samples using watercolour paper sprayed with Ink in a Bottle and the Rose stamps.

I like the different looks you can achieve with few supplies.

This is my No 1 favourite ......I think.

Using the Circles and Flowers and Kiss Stamping - great fun!   It's bright, colourful and with lots of interest.

An inky Under the Sea journal page with the Mountain Ash and Oak used as seaweed etc.  My favourite colours - blues, greens and a pop of orange from the Shells and Sealife stamps.

And lastly, a Christmas one which was really fun to do - how many presents under that tree?   So thanks for looking and many thanks for all your lovely comments over the year - it makes blogging all worthwhile!!

Merry Christmas

Elaine xx

I love the bright cheery citrus colours one I think the best. It brightens up a dull dreary wintry day and promises of coloursul springtime to come x

My favourite has to be the seaside one, my favourite stamps and colour scheme combined. But I do love the citrus colour scheme they really pop.

What a lovely selection, my favourite has to be the seascape.
My passion is for anything to do with the sea or in sea colours :)
Thanks for the inspiration.

I'm loving the yellow and orange circles one, but then I do like bright colours. But I do also really like the Christmas tree one.

Very clever use of the roses for curtains on the window card, I like the circles too, hard to pick between those two for my favourite . Keep up the good work and thank you for sharing it all this year. Looking forward to seeing your designs in the new year
