Flower and heart using the Walesby Stamp

A combined use of the Walesby Stamp. This time the stamp was used to stamp a pattern on the die cut flowers using white embossing powder. The heart was made by pressing the stamp into pressed out paper clay - a great way to add an embellishment without weight. When it was dry I distressed colour using the Chemistry Ink Pad - Cobalt and then brushed in French Lavender Ink in a bottle. The flower was mounted onto an inked card, again using the versatile Ink in a bottle

Love the idea of using paper clay. I bought some recently, so think I may have to try that idea.
